1. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders we suspect are placed for resale, are fraudulent, or contain pricing or listing errors. An order is accepted only when it ships. If we cancel an order after payment, our sole obligation is to refund the amount paid for that order.

2. Pricing and errors

All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and refund the amount paid as your sole remedy. Strikethrough prices reflect the product's regular list price; promotional prices are time-limited offers.

3. Blessed Home Club membership

Purchases made at member pricing include the Blessed Home Club recurring membership, governed by the Blessed Home Club Membership Terms, which form part of these Terms. The membership auto-renews monthly until cancelled, as disclosed at checkout and in the membership terms.

4. Product information

We work to display products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or images are accurate, complete, or error-free. Minor variations between images and the delivered product are not defects. Certain page content, including illustrative imagery and testimonials, may be creative or AI-generated and is provided for illustration.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, text, graphics, logos, and images — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or copy content, to interfere with the site's operation, or to purchase for unauthorized resale. We may refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate memberships of anyone who violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for any warranty that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, an order, or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Binding arbitration; class action and jury trial waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any order that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to us shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary for that party's individual claim. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase; small-claims court remains available for qualifying individual claims.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
