Returns Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. All returns require prior authorisation by email before sending items back. Products sent without original packaging, showing use, customer damage, or missing components may be refused or face deductions of up to 20% of the item price. Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Tracked shipping is recommended — we bear no responsibility for lost return parcels and cannot issue refunds for returns that do not arrive.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping costs and membership fees are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Following verification, we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims after 7 days may be declined.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not available. Return the item and place a new order instead.

Membership fees

Blessed Home Club fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. See the membership terms and Manage Membership.
