1. What the Blessed Home Club is
The Blessed Home Club is a paid monthly membership operated by TheViaMethod. While your membership is active you get member pricing on products in the Blessed Home Collection, priority order handling, free shipping on member orders, and early access to new releases. The specific benefits, eligible products, and member prices may be modified, added to, or withdrawn at any time at our sole discretion.
2. Joining
Membership is added to your order when you select a member-priced offer and confirm the recurring terms at checkout. By joining you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the membership fee to your payment method on the schedule below, without further action by you, until you cancel.
3. Price, billing and renewal
Membership is free for your first 10 days. After that it costs $49.99 per month, first charged on day 11 and then automatically each month on the same calendar date, using the payment method you provided, until you cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel before the free period ends if you do not wish to be charged. If a charge fails we may retry it and may suspend benefits until payment succeeds. We may change the membership price by giving notice by email or by posting the new price; your continued membership after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Manage Membership or by emailing info@theviamethod.com. Cancellation stops all future charges. Member benefits end when your cancellation takes effect, and no refund or credit is given for any remaining part of a billing period.
5. Refunds
To the fullest extent permitted by law, membership fees already charged are final and non-refundable, including where you did not use the membership benefits. Physical products are covered exclusively by our returns policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
6. Fair use
Member pricing is for personal, non-commercial use only. We may apply per-order and per-month limits, and we may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are placed for resale or that abuse member pricing.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or terminate any membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse of member pricing, chargebacks, or violation of these terms. Where a membership is terminated, fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires otherwise.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The membership and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the membership is limited to the membership fees you paid in the one (1) month before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued membership after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material price changes, section 3 applies.
10. Binding arbitration; class action and jury trial waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the membership or these terms that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to us shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary for that party's individual claim. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of joining; small-claims court remains available for qualifying individual claims.
